About the Film
Order Over Time is a time lapse movie project I am currently working on. It is being filmed with a still camera one frame at a time. To assist me in capturing time lapse footage I have developed an advanced intervalometer which is controlled by a microcontroller. The platform has the ability to take any number of pictures at any interval. In addition it has the ability to pan in one axis. This panning motion can be varied very precisely via a 1.8 degree per step, stepper motor. If you are interested in capturing Time Lapse footage using my intervalometer, or are interested in marketing the device please contact me at admin@tyconpowered.com.

The film's name, Order Over Time describes the order and patterns seen when scenes are filmed over a long time. Much of this order cannot be seen or is overlooked by the casual observer unless viewed via a time lapse. Aircraft follow distinct paths, cars pulse through city intersections, and people go about their daily schedule. This films tries to capture this order in an artistic manner to show the world's organization.
